When you submit your contact information through our Website as part of an online order or enquiry, your number is saved in order to provide utility messaging services such as order confirmations, payment confirmations and shipping communications. You may also opt to communicate directly with us via our Whatsapp chat service through our Website or Social Media platforms. Through this action you consent to Gym Concepts saving your contact information, which may include your name, surname and mobile number, in order to communicate with you. We are only able to send you messages within a 24-hour time-frame of you initiating the interaction, after which you are required initiate contact again before we can proceed with further communications. Outside of the 24-hour time-frame, Gym Concepts is only able to send specific messages to which you are required to again opt-in through a specific action. In this way we try our best to protect you from SPAM.
When you communicate with us on Whatsapp Business or OPT-IN for further communications via this channel, your infromation including name, surname and mobile number, is saved for further communications. At any stage Gym Concepts may reach out to you via WhatsApp in order to provide specific information we think could be of value to you, or to find out if you are still interested in our WhatsApp service. If this happens we will always offer a means for you to OPT-OUT in order to STOP further communications. When you OPT-OUT your personal information is deleted from our WhatsApp service until you decide to initiate communication again.

Shipping Policy
Gym Concepts relies on the excellent services of a South African favourite, The Courier Guy, to ensure the safe delivery of your order. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse in the Western Cape, we can no longer be held responsible for the delivery time. We provide you with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, however the guys from The Courier Guy will also be in touch with you to track your order in real time.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order - which as you can imagine, sometimes gets quite heavy! Once you have placed your order online, we will calculate the shipping cost and send you a final invoice. Your order will be shipped once your payment is received.
You are also welcome to collect your order in person at our warehouse in Firgrove, Western Cape. Please contact us to arrange for collection.Â
Shipping Address
- Please provide us with a valid shipping address, where someone will be able to receive the delivery between 8:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.
- We do not accept P.O. Box or Postnet details as valid delivery addresses.
- Should no one be available to receive the order, it will be returned to The Courier Guys'Â dispatch location, and will be shipped out again the following working day. This may for obvious reasons cause a delay in receiving your order.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of a cleared payment in full, unless otherwise arranged.

We aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible, depending if the equipment is on hand and not subject to lead times.
- For international orders, you will be responsible for organising and booking your own shipping, unless otherwise prearranged with us.
- The pricing excludes installation and training costs, unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery of imported stock is subject to availability from the supplier and will be available between eight to fourteen weeks from date of payment of deposit.
- Delivery of locally supplied stock, subject to availability from the supplier, will be available for delivery between two to six weeks from date of payment of deposit.
- If items are not collected within six weeks of arrival, the company may exercise the option to re-sell the items.Â
Signing for Goods Received
Please check the delivery carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign to say that you have received your order in good condition. Please note that the outer packaging on heavier items often become damaged during transit. In most cases this will have no impact on the goods themselves and this means that the packaging will have served its purpose in protecting your order.
In the extremely unlikely event that you receive an order which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Returns Policy
On receiving of your items you need to inspect it and please be sure to note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment. Please report any shortages or damages to info@gymconcepts.com within 24 hours of receiving your goods. When you sign for a shipment, you are indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in good condition. If this is not true, be sure to note the discrepancy and have the driver initial it. For items shipped already assembled, open all cartons immediately while the driver is present. Do no discard the cartons until you know the contents are in good condition. Failure to follow these steps will void this return policy.

You can return any goods purchased for exchange (e.g. swapping for size), or due to any factory faults within our warranty period.

Gym Concepts offers a full 14-day money back guarantee on products that are completely defective or not delivered as described. Gym Concepts will stand behind everything we sell to deliver the highest level of service and quality experience. If your goods have been used according to the correct product usage guidelines and are still within the 3 month factory warranty period, we will make arrangements for a replacement (with the same or similar product) or credit you accordingly. We will not replace or refund any goods that have faults or damage as a result of incorrect or improper use or through normal and acceptable wear and tear. Â

- If you return any goods you purchased (including for exchanges), the goods returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- You are responsible for the return of the product, including organising and payment of shipping, unless otherwise prearranged.
- Upon receipt of the returned goods and their inspection, we will make arrangements for a replacement (with the same or similar product) or credit you accordingly. We will not refund the cost of shipping unless otherwise prearranged.
- If the damage is MINOR (e.g., cracked or dented covers, scratched paint, missing end caps, broken console, etc.) please make note on the delivery note and ACCEPT shipment. Once signed for, please contact your Gym Concepts representative so that we can replace or repair any parts issues and be reimbursed by the shipping carrier as per your delivery notes.
- If the damage is MAJOR (e.g., cracked frame, bent steel, or other extreme cases that would render a product unusable), you have the RIGHT TO REFUSE delivery. Make sure to note all the outstanding issues on the carrierâs delivery note, and call us immediately, so that we can guide you through process of receiving a replacement unit / store credit.

Gym Concepts relies on the excellent services of a South African favourite, The Courier Guy, to ensure the safe delivery of your order. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse in the Western Cape, we can no longer be held responsible for the delivery time. We provide you with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, however the guys from The Courier Guy will also be in touch with you to track your order in real time.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order - which as you can imagine, sometimes gets quite heavy! Once you have placed your order online, we will calculate the shipping cost and send you a final invoice. Your order will be shipped once your payment is received.
You are also welcome to collect your order in person at our warehouse in Firgrove, Western Cape. Please contact us to arrange for collection.Â
Shipping Address
- Please provide us with a valid shipping address, where someone will be able to receive the delivery between 8:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.
- We do not accept P.O. Box or Postnet details as valid delivery addresses.
- Should no one be available to receive the order, it will be returned to The Courier Guys'Â dispatch location, and will be shipped out again the following working day. This may for obvious reasons cause a delay in receiving your order.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of a cleared payment in full, unless otherwise arranged.

We aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible, depending if the equipment is on hand and not subject to lead times.
- For international orders, you will be responsible for organising and booking your own shipping, unless otherwise prearranged with us.
- The pricing excludes installation and training costs, unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery of imported stock is subject to availability from the supplier and will be available between eight to fourteen weeks from date of payment of deposit.
- Delivery of locally supplied stock, subject to availability from the supplier, will be available for delivery between two to six weeks from date of payment of deposit.
- If items are not collected within six weeks of arrival, the company may exercise the option to re-sell the items.Â
Signing for Goods Received
Please check the delivery carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign to say that you have received your order in good condition. Please note that the outer packaging on heavier items often become damaged during transit. In most cases this will have no impact on the goods themselves and this means that the packaging will have served its purpose in protecting your order.
In the extremely unlikely event that you receive an order which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
On receiving of your items you need to inspect it and please be sure to note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment. Please report any shortages or damages to info@gymconcepts.com within 24 hours of receiving your goods. When you sign for a shipment, you are indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in good condition. If this is not true, be sure to note the discrepancy and have the driver initial it. For items shipped already assembled, open all cartons immediately while the driver is present. Do no discard the cartons until you know the contents are in good condition. Failure to follow these steps will void this return policy.

You can return any goods purchased for exchange (e.g. swapping for size), or due to any factory faults within our warranty period.

Gym Concepts will stand behind everything we sell to deliver the highest level of service and quality experience. If your goods have been used according to the correct product usage guidelines and are still within the 3 month factory warranty period, we will make arrangements for a replacement (with the same or similar product) or credit you accordingly. We will not replace or refund any goods that have faults or damage as a result of incorrect or improper use or through normal and acceptable wear and tear. Â

- If you return any goods you purchased (including for exchanges), the goods returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- You are responsible for the return of the product, including organising and payment of shipping, unless otherwise prearranged.
- Upon receipt of the returned goods and their inspection, we will make arrangements for a replacement (with the same or similar product) or credit you accordingly. We will not refund the cost of shipping unless otherwise prearranged.
- If the damage is MINOR (e.g., cracked or dented covers, scratched paint, missing end caps, broken console, etc.) please make note on the delivery note and ACCEPT shipment. Once signed for, please contact your Gym Concepts representative so that we can replace or repair any parts issues and be reimbursed by the shipping carrier as per your delivery notes.
- If the damage is MAJOR (e.g., cracked frame, bent steel, or other extreme cases that would render a product unusable), you have the RIGHT TO REFUSE delivery. Make sure to note all the outstanding issues on the carrierâs delivery note, and call us immediately, so that we can guide you through process of receiving a replacement unit / store credit.
