Benched Fitness Tri-grip plates are made from steel and covered with high quality rubber, with stainless steel inserts fitting standard Olympic bars.
Coming in increments from 2.5kg to 25KG, these versatile weights are useful for bar-loaded exercises as well as free-weight exercises due to their easy-to-grip three point construction.
Tri-grip pates are a great alternative to larger weight-plates for smaller facilities and homes due to their versatility. They are smaller, and stack nicely on top of each other for easy storage.
