The Free Flow K024 is a multi-functional mini complex that comes with two types of outdoor calisthenics equipment: pull-up bars for chin-ups and a Swedish wall section for calf or knee raises. These and many other physical exercises help to improve users’ fitness level and health.

K024 outdoor equipment complex is perfectly suitable for any environment – from grassy parks to sandy beaches. For extra safety, all the structural parts of this outdoor calisthenics complex are secured to robust support columns with TÜV-quality aluminium clamps. Optionally, two pull-up bars can be re-designed and extended.
