Speed Rope

This speed jump rope is constructed with a ball bearing handle design that allows for more speed and a smoother rotation. The long rope (between handles) is made for optimal performance with a sleek and thin design that cuts through the air. Its length can be adjusted by using the screws on the handles and then shortened permanently by cutting off the excess wire.
