AlphaState single cross beam (Outdoor)

This galvanised and double coated AlphaState single cross beam links different upright beams to form a full station outdoor training rig. The beams come in 1.1m and 1.8m lengths. These sturdy cross beams allow for suspension exercises such as pullups, muscleups, gymnastics rings exercises as well as TRX suspension exercises. Built to withstand the harshest of weather, these beams will take you through the seasons and your sessions with guts.
