The Nemesis Series Iso-Lateral Decline Chest Press is a high-performance plate-loaded strength machine that primarily targets the lower part of the pectoral muscles, as well as the anterior deltoids and triceps. The Iso-lateral design sees separate weight horns engage with independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation for both sides of the body.
