The Nemesis Series Iso-Lateral Wide Pull is a high-performance plate-loaded strength machine designed to effectively isolate and strengthen the latissimus dorsi, the largest muscle in the back, as well as your biceps, rear delts, rhomboids and traps. The machine has been designed with a specific focus on natural human movement. Separate weight horns engage independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation. This machine offers double Iso-Lateral training with pivots angled in two different planes.
