Ultra Power Band Set

Resistance bands are used to scale bodyweight exercises, to add resistance during workouts or for mobility exercises. The bands are colour coded according to their resistance level, which is determined by the thickness of the rubber used. Green offers the most resistance, while red the least. Manufactured from seamless, durable rubber, these power bands are great for extending the training options in your gym.
