The Nemesis Series Triceps Extension is a high-performance selectorised gym machine designed to effectively isolate the triceps muscles through facilitating resistance via the supported extension of the arms. The machine offers both a comfortable back support and arm pads that enhance stability during exercise, while the handle pivots automatically to accommodate different forearm lengths.
