The AlphaState Speed ropes are constructed from high-grade PVC and designed with precision bearings. The bearings allow for ease of rotation of the cable rope, allowing it to rotate smoothly and prevent tangling.
The Ultra Speed Rope comes with a counter-weight block and weighs 440g that sits in the handle.
Easily unscrew the handle end to remove the weight and transform the Ultra Flow into a normal Flow speed rope.
