Calisthenics | Free Flow Rig K003

The Free Flow K003 is a multi-functional complex that comes with two types of outdoor calisthenics equipment: pull-up bars and monkey bar sections, both set horizontally at different heights and framed by ten columns. In total, there are six pull-up bars for regular pull-ups or chin-ups and two monkey bar sections for knee raises and walking the bars with your hands.

K-003 outdoor equipment complex is perfectly suitable for any environment – from grassy parks to sandy beaches. For extra safety, all the structural parts of this outdoor calisthenics complex are secured to robust support columns with TÜV-quality aluminium clamps.
