The AlphaState Nordic Curl rig attachment is an essential addition to your AlphaState rig. Designed to build hamstring strength and overall lower body conditioning with exercises such as split Bulgarian squats and Nordic hamstring curls.
Cushioned padding ensures comfort, while the attachment system makes it easy to clip on and off from your rig. Compatible with AlphaState upright beams.
