Pec Fly/Rear Delt

The Pec Fly / Read Delt is an exercise machine that isolates and works both the pecs and the rear deltoid muscles.  The fly is ideal for increasing chest strength and muscle mass by targeting and extending and contracting the pectoralis major and the pectoralis minor muscles. The rear delt fly, also known as the rear delt raise or the bent-over dumbbell reverse fly, targets your upper back muscles and shoulder muscles, particularly the posterior deltoids, or rear deltoids, on the backside of your shoulders.
